A young, exciting and values driven North-East based property company with a newly established Lettings business are looking for a driven Sales Consultant.
Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activity and generating revenue through meeting KPIs. You will work with clients that have made enquiries about property investment opportunities in the North East. You will be responsible for handling leads, qualifying the level of interest of the prospective investor before selling them an end-to-end investment service including source of properties, conveyancing and tenant management.
You will use your powers of persuasion and influence to support them in making the right decisions and build long term relationships to aide them in growing their portfolio.

Job Benefits
- Basic salary in the range of £24,000 rising to £25,000 upon completion of probation
- £125 per sign up
- Additional bonuses for client referrals
- Uncapped commission structure

Person Specification:
- You will be a proactive and persuasive Sales person with strong telephone sales experience of working in a target focused role
- Whilst knowing your way around a property would help, no previous experience in the property sector is required – we can show you everything you need to know
- You should excel at building relationships with clients and have the ability to build their trust and have their ear
Job Duties:
- Drive sales activity and generate required revenue, meeting KPIs
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our investment services and approach.
- Handle warm sales enquiries
- Working closely with the Sales Director to execute on sales activity across the business
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Managing a pipeline of client sales leads
- Generating and managing a pipeline of property leads including researching online, calling new and nurturing of warm vendor leads
- Makes sales appointments with clients/vendors
