This is a highly visible, commercially focused HR role, partnering with senior operational leaders across a number of high-profile manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement and culture, supporting organisational change and providing pragmatic, commercially minded HR leadership. The role will require regular travel between sites, particularly during the initial phase, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working across multiple locations and engaging directly with site leadership teams and frontline manufacturing colleagues.
