This role covers the South-West of England, allowing for extensive growth opportunities within a dynamic market.
Job Benefits
- Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure – £65,000 OTE

- Guaranteed commission structure of £800 per month for the first 6 months

Role Overview
You will manage the largest fiscal territory of South-West and South Wales, responsible for identifying and engaging with OEMs to generate new business whilst managing and developing an existing portfolio of accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business expansion within the designated patch.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client companies.
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions by leveraging our extensive range of electronic components.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Balancing business development efforts (50%) with account management responsibilities (50%) to foster long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in a technical sales role is required
- Any experience in the selling of electronic components is advantageous
- Experience of targeting OEMs is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, demonstrated by the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Located within the designated patch (South-West England and South Wales) to ensure regular and efficient customer engagement.
