Manage Accident/Incident Logs, including investigations, corrective actions, and necessary training. Ensure COSHH compliance and manage utilities, waste, and vehicle usage. Conduct QHSE management system internal audits and lead customer and third-party audits. Prepare monthly QHSE reports and manage KPI meetings. Organise new starter inductions and QHSE management systems awareness training. Coordinate training for first aiders, fire wardens, Manual Handling, FLT, Crane usage, annual waste stream training, and spills training.
