As they continue to grow, Aspion is excited to find their next dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to join their team.
Your Role
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing incoming warm leads and enquiries from investors. Your mission is to understand your clients’ objectives and budgets, pitch their comprehensive investment services, and manage a portfolio of clients with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales activity and meet KPIs to generate the required revenue.
- Represent their company with an in-depth understanding of their investment services and approach.
- Handle and qualify warm sales enquiries and leads.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to execute sales strategies across the business.
- Manage a robust pipeline of client sales leads and generate new opportunities.
- Pitch their investment services to prospective clients and close new deals.
- Conduct research and outreach to generate and nurture property leads.
- Schedule and attend sales appointments with clients/vendors.
- Convert leads into signed clients and manage ongoing relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales role.
- Proven track record in qualifying leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals.
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional travel to our North-East office for training and meetings (initially more frequent, then once or twice per month).
