As a Sales Executive at this dynamic education training specialist company, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective learners worldwide who are eager to pursue online education and teacher training qualifications. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm and hot leads, fostering relationships through effective communication and understanding their unique educational aspirations.
1. Lead Qualification – Utilise your exceptional communication skills to engage with overseas learners who have made enquiries, identify their needs, and qualify the leads to ensure they align with our education and teacher training offerings.
2. Client Engagement – Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospective learners through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Establish rapport, address inquiries, and provide comprehensive information about our online courses.
3. Product Knowledge – Develop an in-depth understanding of our education and teacher training programs. Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value and benefits of our courses to potential learners.
4. Sales Pitch – Craft compelling and tailored sales pitches to showcase the unique advantages of our online education and teacher training qualifications. Highlight key features, benefits, and success stories to effectively address the needs and concerns of potential learners.
5. Deal Closure – Employ strong negotiation skills to navigate through objections and close deals with prospective learners. Guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to registration.
6. Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and track progress through the sales pipeline. Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize information effectively.
