I’m currently recruiting for an opportunity for an experienced administrator with knowledge of recruitment/vetting/onboarding to join an expanding business in London. The role will be working for a passionate director with well over a decade of experience in the industry so specific sector knowledge is not necessary as the right person will get all the training and support they need.
The role will be in charge of the staff related administration and recruitment tasks for the company. The office is based in central London however for the right person a hybrid model of home and office working could be arranged.
The main purpose of the role will be to advertise, attract and conduct vetting for new employees.
- Up to £30k
- Hours of work: Full time Monday to Friday
- Holidays 28 days
- Advertise and source security professionals
- Make initial calls and screen candidates for suitability
- Vetting and reference checking
- Onboarding checks and paperwork
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in recruitment for junior and entry level positions
- Fast paced working
- Attention to detail
- A people person
- Good communicator
