Aspion areseeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join a small transport team working night shift Admin Support. This role involves providing crucial administrative assistance during nighttime hours, ensuring smooth operations and support to various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, scheduling, and record keeping during night shifts.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Problem-solving: Address and resolve any urgent issues or inquiries that arise during the night shift, escalating matters when necessary.
- Maintaining Records: Organize and maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition of tasks and information between day and night shifts.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain security and confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and committed to working 10-hour or 12 night shifts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected situations and multitask efficiently.
- Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with other team members.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using various office software and systems.
