Aspion are recruiting for a well-established and busy manufacturing company known for producing high-quality products across the country. They are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their production team as Machine Operatives.

Full training will be provided to successful candidates, and we offer competitive pay rates, especially for weekend work.

Job Description:

As a Machine Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate production of the products.

This role will require you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment with a 24/7 shift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery according to established guidelines and procedures.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that the products meet quality standards and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal working condition.
4. Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
5. Production Targets: Work towards achieving daily production targets and deadlines.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production and problem-solving.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs of machine operations and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift operation, including weekends.
