I’m currently recruiting for an opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a company that have had year on year growth since their start and are currently experiencing what is looking to be their best year yet. Despite being a professional services company the company has a fun and modern vibe. The role is busy, fast paced and extremely varied.
The role will be full time and benefts from a hybrid system of working in the office and home working.
The main purpose of the role will be to answer incoming telephone calls to the business and either handling the query effectively or forwarding to the relevant department.
- £19,000 – £23,000
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday full time
- Pension – options
- Holidays – 30 days
- Handling incoming calls to the business
- Handling queries
- Directing correspondence and calls to other departments
- Post franking
- Greeting visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional appearance and friendly, welcoming manner
- Experience handling high volumes of calls
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
