Internal Sales role overview:
No sales experience required, this role offers a clear structured development, training, and progression path so you know from day one what you need to achieve to get to the next step in your sales career.
Your role as an Internal Sales would be to identify, nurture and grow an account base, which could be generated from new business sales or an existing client.
This role requires you to be extremely proactive and determined to be successful.
Day to day duties:
- Speaking to new and existing customers
- Hitting daily gross profit targets and KPIs
- Negotiating prices
- Quoting customers
- Competitor analysis
- Chasing feedback on orders
Experience/Skills required:
- No sales experience required, however drive and determination 100% required
- Ability to work on the telephone confidentially
- Eagerness to develop
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong mathematics skills would be an advantage but not essential.
Package:
- Basic salary £23,000 – £25,000 plus bonus
